我国收入差距扩大的现象分析和实证研究

摘要
中国的经济体制改革二十多年来,中国居民收入分配格局发生了很大变
化,其中居民收入差距一直是理论界比较关心的话题,特别是近几年来中国城
乡居民收入差距的问题尤为突出,已成为人们关注的焦点。另外,地区间收入
差距、行业间收入差距也呈现不断扩大的态势,这些都给中国经济的稳定发展
留下了隐患。本文试图从该问题入手,通过对城乡居民收入差距的实证分析,
探究二十多年来引起中国居民收入差距扩大的原因。最后,针对如何缩小收入
差距提出了相应的政策建议。
全文共分五章:
第一章,简单介绍了本论文写作的选题背景和选题意义,研究该问题所使
用的方法和基本思路,以及本论文的基本框架结构。
第二章,简要回顾了国内外学者对于中国居民收入差距的研究成果。
第三章,对中国当前收入差距的现状进行了详细的分析。首先介绍了当前
国内外常用的几种度量收入差距的指标,然后分别对中国整体的居民收入差
距、城乡居民收入差距、地区间收入差距行业间收入差距进行了阐述,再从理
论上分析了造成这三种收入差距的原因。
第四章,通过对中国二十八年来数据的实证分析,主要运用回归分析和协
整检验的方法,从时间数据变化对城乡居民收入差距进行了初步研究,揭示了
各种因素对城乡收入差距变动的影响程度,同时,还对形成原因进行了初步探
讨。
第五章,总结全文,认为缩小城乡居民收入差距的关键是:加快提高农民
的收入,尤其是工资性收入,确保农民工弱势群体的收入;建立新型的合作医
疗保险制度,强化管理与监督,建立健全各项规章制度并严格执行;以构建公
共财政城乡一元化为目标,重新配置政府财力资源,加大对农村社会保障的支
出。

Abstract
It has been more than twenty years since china’s economy reform was
carried out. Great changes have taken place in china’s e distribution,
in which residents’ e disparity is always the top topic in theory
sector. Especially in recent years, the e disparity between urban
and rural residents has been outstanding, and it has e the focal
point to which people have being paying much greater attention to.
Besides, the e gaps between urban and rural areas and between
regions have being showing a great increase. All these have left behind
the hidden dangers to the consistent development of china’ economy.
This paper has attempted to solve the problem, studying the reason for the
increase of the residents’ e disparity since the last twenty years,
through the expirical analysis to the resent situation of the urban-rural
residents’ e gap. Finally, this paper puts forward some relevant
policy mendations as to narrow the e gap.
This paper consists of five chapters:
Chapter one, we simply introduced the background and significance of
the paper, the studying method and basic idea, and the papers’ basic
framework.
