体育锻炼对中年人上肢运动素质影响的实验分析和评定

摘要: 对60名中年人肘关节进行等速向心测试, 肘关节屈,伸肌峰力矩在
不同运动角度,峰值扭矩比(F / E值),总工作(totalwork)的变化及其性别
差异对未来运动医学,临床医学,组,提供参考康复医学的实践。结果表明:男
性在不同测试速度下, 肘关节屈伸肌群PT 值指标均明显高于女性; 随速度增加,
肘关节屈、伸肌群的PT 值皆明显下降, F/ E值显著提高; 在快速测试中, 差异
却极显著; 男女肘关节屈伸肌群的WF 值皆存在差异, 但差异不显著。不同性别
的肘关节F/ E 值, 在慢速测试时, 不存在显著性差异。
关键词: 屈伸肌群,等速向心收缩,等速离心收缩。
目的:在体育运动或训练中, 人体关节肌肉的生物力学规律是人们关注的重
点, 因为运动技术是运动成绩好坏的根基。而人体主要关节肌群在不同条件下
的工作参数(比如速度、功、功率以及不同关节角的力量等) 对运动技术的提高
有极其重要的指导作用, 等距测试只反映了在肌肉关节运动点的大小,不能反映
关节的力量,等张收缩测试亦反映动作的联合只能是最弱的扭矩输出点,等速测
试都是等张收缩及的特点和测试等长收缩一些优势来弥补这两个收缩不足。等速
测力计的特点是使用等速收缩通过特殊的配件及电脑处理,瞬时转矩变化的一个
反映扭矩曲线和肌肉功能的参数,由于肌肉运动功能的评估指标数,安全记录的
运动,准确等

Abstract: 60 middle-aged people were ic concentric elbow testing of elbow flexion,
extensor group in different sports angle of peak torque (PT), peak torque ratio (F / E), total power
(totalwork) and its changes and gender differences, for future sports medicine, clinical medicine,
the practice of rehabilitation medicine to provide results showed that: men at
different test speeds, the elbow flexors and extensors PT values were significantly higher than
women; with the rate of increase in elbow flexor, extensor group PT values were significantly
decreased, F / E was significantly increased; inquick test, and differences are extremely significant;
men and women the value of the elbow flexors and extensors of the WF are different, but the
difference was not elbow F / E value, in the slow test, no significant difference.
