摘要

温家宝总理在《年政府工作报告》中明确提出建设社会主义
新农村的号召,政府将在未来的五年内加大对农业的投入,以此改善
当前农业经营中“增产不增收”的困境。“三农”问题的核心就是农
民的增收,而农民增收的主要渠道就是农产品的顺利销售,那么关于
农产品流通和农产品流通组织的问题就成为当前的热点。
本文围绕构建适合中国“三农”特色、投资主体多元化、经营方
式科学化、组织类型多样化及结构合理化的农产品流通组织这一中心
目标展开研究。首先详细阐述了农产品及农产品生产和流通的概念及
特性,说明了农产品流通组织的概念、特征和类型,指出二者的关系
是农产品流通对农产品流通组织有着特殊的要求;其二分析了我国农
产品流通组织的现状。主要是两部分,一是回顾了我国农产品流通组
织的发展历史,二是在此阶段上分析了当前我国农产品流通组织的主
要类型及各自显著特征;其三是国外农产品流通组织模式介绍及启
示。通过介绍东亚、美国、西欧三类模式的成长背景和运行特点,得
到农业专业合作组织应当在农产品流通过程中发挥着不可替代作用
的重要启示;最后针对我国的实际情况,结合国外的农产品流通组织
的成功经验,提出了我国农产品流通组织发展的对策及建议。

Premier Wen jiabao advanced a great blueprint in
government report (2005), which is the c all of building socialism
new country. He also promised that government would enhance
investment level in agricultural, whose purpose is to relieve the
e problem during the circulation of agricultural products.
At present, the e problem is the core of resolving
agricultural puzzle Dom in China. Therefore, it is very important
that strengthen study on the circulation origination of
agricultural products.
The paper is to study around the theme how to build up the
Chinese anizations of agricultural products,
which are fit with the Chinese agriculture situation, which are
invested by diverse investors, which are scientifically managed,
and which are diverse in types. Firstly, it detailed the
description of agricultural, agricultural products and circulation
organization of agricultural products, emphasized the specific
request of agricultural products circulation. Secondly, it
reviewed development history of anization of
agricultural products and analyzed the existing problem of
anization of agricultural products in China.
