中国大学生排球联赛的可持续发展分析

摘要
中国大学生排球联赛自2006年诞生至今,已经走过了四年的风雨路程,成长与收获
是有目共睹的。但是,发展的道路总是不会一帆风顺,年轻的中国大学生排球联赛面临
着如经费紧张、缺少观众、负债经营等诸多问题,严重阻碍了联赛的发展,其发展已经
到了步履维艰的境地!产生这些问题的根源何在?解决这些问题的办法又有哪些?这已
经成为众多排球学者和研究人员一个重要的课题。本文基于“可持续发展”理论,对中
国大学生排球联赛发展历程进行审视,梳理与总结经验、挖掘与分析问题,力图找出制
约中国大学生排球联赛发展的因素,为更好的发展中国大学生排球联赛,有效开发与利
用高校排球资源,培养排球人才,提高排球运动的社会关注和影响力,提供一定的实践
依据和理论支持。研究得出的结论主要有:
,可以成为探索大学生排球联赛可持续发展
的有益视角和可行思路。
,缺乏可操作性,没有建立
长期、有效、切实可行措施和方案。
,存在重技能轻学习的现象,致使
学习与训练严重失衡。
,执教能力有待提高;缺乏有效的奖励机制。
,没有针对全设立普通组比赛,
不具备全国性联赛的广度和普及度。
,自身“造血”能力差,缺乏可持续发
展的有效动力。
,缺乏对高校主体市场的有效开发,联赛
没能赢得广大高校师生的支持,其普及程度和影响力较低。
、商业化程度较低,联赛在宣传、市场推广、商业开发
等方面仍然处于初级阶段。

ABSTRACT
Since ing into being in 2006, Chinese University Volleyball Association (CUVA) has been
held for four years. We all witness its growth and gains. However, the road of development is not even and
smooth. The sustainable development of CUVA undergoes some problems, such as lack of funds and
audience, operation with debt. Why do these problems exist in CUVA and how to solve them? It has been
an important study object for scholars and researchers on volleyball. Based on “sustainable development”
theory, the paper examines the process of CUVA, sums up experiences, discovers and analyzes the
problems, trying to find the factors that hamper the development of CUVA. The study results will offer
some practical guidance and theoretical basis to develop CUVA, promote, utilize and cultivate volleyball
talents of universities, which improves public attention and influence of CUVA. The main study results are
