摘要
随着经济的发展,交通运输设备制造业越来越成为国民经济中的重要组成
部分。原因在于,交通运输设备制造业包括很多行业,它的发展直接或间接的
带动了其它部门的发展,它发展得快与慢、好与坏,直接影响到其他行业的发
展。而技术进步与否、投入产出是否有效,则是该行业能否健康、快速向前发
展的关键因素。因此,有必要对这一行业的投入产出效率进行分析。
我国关于技术有效率的研究甚少,关于交通运输设备制造业的技术有效率
的研究也很少,用数据包络分析方法研究交通运输设备制造业的技术有效率则
更少。所以,本文旨在通过对我国 2002~2005 年 24 个省、市、自治区的交通运
输设备制造业投入产出的技术有效率进行分析,并根据结果对我国各省、市、
自治区的交通运输设备制造业的投入产出结构进行合理调整,以期能对各省、
市、自治区这一行业的科技投入规模提出一些合理化建议。本文运用数据包络
分析方法(DEA)对我国 24 个省、市、自治区交通运输设备制造业的技术有效
率进行了实证分析,主要的工作和内容包括:

Abstract
With the development of economics, the manufacture of transport
equipment is being the most important part of the national economy. The
reason is that the manufacture of transport equipment includes so many
industries, and its development spurs on the development of the other
branches, and it also affects another department directly or indirectly, no
matter it improves fast or slowly and no matter well or badly.
There are few researches about the technical efficiency in our country,
and also few about the technical efficiency of the manufacture of
transport equipment, and even few about the technical efficiency of this
industry based on DEA. So, in this paper, I try to analyze the technical
efficiency of the manufacture of transport equipment of 24 provinces,
cities and autonomous regions during 2002 to 2005 based on DEA.
According to the result ,I try to adjust the construction of this industry
about input and output. At the same time, I will give some reasonable
advice about the scale of input and output to every province , city and
autonomous region.
