油画民族化在油画传入中国后就在实践方面逐步摸索,二十世纪初,很多
学者,画家和爱国人士发出了要将油画民族化的口号,并且很多人付诸于实践。
但是凡是事物在初始阶段都是比较片面和简单的,开始的民族化很大程度都在
用油画材料工具画中国画,后来在技法,题材,内容,形式方面提倡用民族元
素。但还是不能解决油画民族化问题。而且,人们争执越来越激烈,问题的答
油画作为艺术的具体形式的一种是民族文化的最外在表现,而决
作为民族和种族的人;而决定民族不同的最初始原因是地理环境。既然地理对
文化起主要作用,那么一定地理条件下产生的文化必然是适应这块地理上的国
家和民族的。从而得出:外来文化即别的地理条件下产生的文化要想移植到
别处,就要做一些改变,以适应后来的环境,这就是本土化过程,表现在最外
层形式的油画方面,就是油画的民族化。又由于是人决定相应文化,所以要
想得到既定的文化现象,就一定要有既定的人,特定的人和特定的文化现象是
油画民族化在中国并且是由中国人提出的,所以应该用民族化的眼睛和心
态去看油画民族化。这样能让大家从最根本的原因分析缤纷复杂的现象。由分

Abstract
Canvas painting was introduced into China in the nationalization in practice
after groping gradually, at the beginning of the 20th century, many scholars, artists

problems.
