声乐是音乐的最早形态。千百年来,人们都在探寻一种方法能使人体这件乐
器达到最完美的协调(当然是从自身来讲),使其能发出优美动听的声音,达到
“声震林木,响遏行云”的效果;并且能恰如其分的表达音乐的内涵。诚然,这
是一个说起来简单但做起来却相当复杂又困难的事情!在声乐艺术不断演化和发
展的过程中,其演唱方法可说是“百花齐放,百家争鸣”。本人在声乐学习和实
践的过程中,发现了一些演唱方面的问题及解决方法,拟成此论文以供大家参考。
本论文在写作上,尝试从声乐演唱过程中各组肌肉的工作原理以及其对抗与
协调的关系入手,探究演唱过程中呼吸、发声、咬字、共鸣和这四方面互相之间
的各种矛盾以及解决各种矛盾的方法;同时声乐演唱不能太机械化,还要重在表
达音乐内涵。

Abstract
Vocal music is the earliest pattern of music. For thousands of years, people have
been searching for a way to enable human body this instrument to achieve perfect
coordination (of course, from the human himself), therefore it can make a beautiful
voice to the effect of "the sound quaking the trees and stopping the moving clouds”. It
also can appropriately express the connotation of music. It is true that this is one thing
easier said than done. In fact, this is quite a difficult plex task. In the process
of constant evolution and development of vocal music art, there appear all kinds of
singing methods like hundreds of flowers blooming and hundreds of schools
competing. In the vocal learning and practice, the author has discovered some
questions of singing and their solutions. Here this paper is for your reference.
The thesis attempts to probe into the contradictions among respiration, phonation,
articulation and resonance in terms of the muscles’ working principle as well as the
confrontation and coordination of the muscles during the singing process and to
provide possible solutions. The performance of vocal music can not be mechanized,
but should highlight the expression of the music connation.
