职业青春期是职业生涯规划中一个敏感时期处于这个时期的员工有如下
特点角色由学生向企业人过渡职业由探索调整向确立稳定过渡目标由理想向
现实过渡心理由依赖向独立过渡处于职业青春期阶段的员工由于缺乏工作经验
和相应的人生阅历对于职业生涯发展道路上遇到的种种困难缺乏心理准备因此
需要得到科学合理的指引和帮助否则会给其带来心理压力给其职业发展造
成障碍
后员工目前正处于职业青春期阶段同时成长在一个充满改革和竞争的知识
经济时代面临着人才市场化组织扁平化竞争激烈化等种种挑战在众多因素
的影响下后员工的职业问题日益得到凸显其中职业倦怠就是一个典
型表现分析职业问题的产生原因可以发现职业生涯指导的缺位是一个重要原因
而各类教育机构作为重要的职业辅导主体在纠正个体职业发展过程中的错误观念
帮助个体更好地认识自我充分做好职业准备等方面有着不可替代的地位和作用
本文旨在从早期职业生涯规划角度对后员工的职业倦怠问题进行研究期
望通过完善早期职业生涯辅导体系来更好地预防和控制职业倦怠问题论文共分七
章可概括为五个部分绪论文献综述部分实证研究问题分析及对策建议

Abstract
The adolescent stage of professional is a sensitive period during our career planning,
the staff has the following characteristics in this period: the role transits by the student to
the enterprise people, the occupation transists by the exploration to the establishment, the
goal transits by the ideal to the reality, psychology transists by dependence to
independent. Because of the lack of relevant work experience and life experience, the
staff in the adolescent stage lack psychological preparation for the difficulties during the
career development. So they need scientific and reasonable guidance and help, otherwise,
they will feel stress and distress, resulting in stoping development.
The post-80s generation staff is currently in the adolescent stage, at the same time,
they grow up in a reform petitive knowledge-based economy, facing many
challenges,such as talent market, anizations and petition. That all
result in the increasing of career problems of the post-80s generation staff , and " burnout
"is a typical performance. There are various types of educational institutions have an
irreplaceable status and role in rectifing the misconception and makeing indviduals better
