中文提要
农村劳动力能否合理有序流动是能否实现经济社会可持续发展目标关键的一
步。北京是我国的首都,经济、社会发展状况较全国其他省市有很大差别,劳动力
流动就业也具有其自身特点。本研究采用理论分析和实证研究为主的研究方法,首
先在文献研究的基础上,对农村劳动力流动就业等概念进行了界定。利用第二次全
国农业普查的数据,对北京市农村劳动力流动就业现状进行分析。然后使用 spss 统
计软件分析影响北京市农村劳动力流动就业的因素,在此基础上,建立农村劳动力
流动就业模型,并就农村劳动力合理、有序流动提出政策建议。主要的研究结论如
下:
(1)总结北京市农村劳动力流动就业现状。截至 2006 年末,北京市农村流动
就业劳动力数量为万人,外出就业劳动力大多数为男性,第三产业是外出从
业劳动力就业的主要领域。主要特点为就地转移为主,总量保持稳定;就业渠道多
元化;初中以上的青壮年占主体;常年性外出就业是主要形式。
(2)影响北京市农村劳动力流动就业的主要因素有:预期收入差距、生活成
本、交通成本、基本公共服务状况。
(3)建立农村劳动力流动就业模型,并从提高预期收益,降低劳动力流动就
业成本两个方面提出推动农村劳动力合理流动的建议。

Abstract
Among all the factors in realizing the goal of sustainable development, reasonable
and proper mobility of the rural labor force is the crucial is the captial of
our country,so there is much difference between beijing and other cities in the
development of economy and society,also in the mobility and employment of the
labor force in the methodology of the paper is both theory analysis
and empirical on the basis of references study,this paper make the
definition of mobility and employment in the countryside,then analyse the situation
of the mobility and employment of the labor force in the countryside with the data
from CHINA AGRICULTURAL CENCUS,after that this paper study the factors
influencing the mobility and employment of the labor force,and set up a module of
mobility and employment of labor force,at last,give some suggestions on the
reasonable and proper mobility of the labor force in the are some
conclusion of this paper:
(1)Analyse and conclude the situation of the mobility and employment of the
labor force in the end of 2006,there are about thousand labor force
mobiling
