石油价格波动对我国宏观经济影响及对策研究

摘要
近几年以来,国际石油价格呈现出持续快速上升势头,给中国经济的近期
走势产生了较大影响,经济发展的实践证明,国际石油价格的波动是影响我国
经济的重要原因之一。本文通过定性、定量研究并结合实证研究的分析方法,
系统全面的研究石油价格波动对我国宏观经济的影响,并且通过建立与完善应
对石油价格波动的调整体系的研究提出了科学的对策建议。通过研究发现,石
油价格和我国 GDP、CPI、进出口总额之间存在长期稳定关系,国际石油价格每
增长 1 个百分点,我国的 GDP 增速将减缓约个百分点,CPI 将增长
个百分点,出口总额将减少个百分点,进口将增加个百分点。可
见,石油价格上涨对我国的 GDP 和出口产生负向影响,减缓我国 GDP 增长,降
低我国出口总额;对物价指数 CPI 和进口产生正向影响,抬高我国物价,增加
我国的进口总额,缩小我国贸易顺差。从协整回归方程的指标系数的 t 值来看,
石油价格对我国宏观经济产生了一定的影响,这种影响程度不是很显著,而且
存在一定的滞后效应,说明当年的油价波动也会在一定程度上影响我国下一年
的宏观经济走势。

Abstract
Oil prices have increased very sharply in the last few years which has impacted
china economy. The development of practice show us that oil prices fluctuations are
one of the important impact factors on china economy. This paper use qualitative
analysis and quantitative analysis to do research systemically on the relationship
between the oil price and china economy, and give some scientific advises. The
research show us that there is a long and steady relationship between oil
prices,GDP,CPI and the total of Import and export . Oil preces increase 1%,our
country’s GDP increase speed will decrease %,CPI will decrease %, export
will decrease % and import will increase % .Oil prices fluctuations have
impacted china economy, but the degrees of influence are not have
some degrees of lag character.
