摘要:目的采用慢性束缚加饮食失节孤养模拟肝郁脾虚病因,创立复合病因大鼠造模方法。方法:将模型大鼠束缚于钢丝网笼中,令其肢体不能自由活动,每日束缚6h,每笼一只孤养,每周不定时的禁食两次,连续3周;另设疏肝健脾方逍遥丸、疏肝泻火方龙胆泻肝丸正常对照鼠一笼合养,自由活动、饮水。结果模型对照组大鼠体重增长、糖水消耗量、水平运动和垂直运动显著低于空白对照组、水中静止时间显著高于空白对照组,血红蛋白、血小板减少、胸腺指数和脾指数、5-羟色胺和多巴胺含量显著低于空白对照组,逍遥丸组显著体重增长、糖水消耗量、水平运动和垂直运动、血红蛋白、血小板减少、胸腺指数和脾指数、5-羟色胺和多巴胺含量显著高于模型对照组,水中静止时间显著低于模型对照组。结论慢性束缚加饮食失节加孤养模拟情志病因建立肝郁脾虚模型,其指标改变基本符合肝郁脾虚模型症状体征,疏肝健脾方逍遥丸改善模型大鼠症状体征,疏肝泻火方龙胆泻肝丸有一定的作用,表明肝郁脾虚模型。
