[摘要]含锌废水不但污染环境浪费资源而且危害人体健康,因此如何开发清洁有效的治理方法仍然是世界环保领域的重大研究课题。本论文以香蕉皮为吸附剂,对含锌废水进行静态吸附研究,通过单因素试验研究废水原始浓度、ph 、废水温度、吸附剂用量、吸附时间、香蕉皮煅烧温度对吸附率的影响,然后做正交试验对工艺条件进行优化。结果表明:香蕉皮煅烧温度在200。C,废水ph=7、、、常温下(25。C)%,而且二级动力学拟合程度极高,更符合Freundlich等温吸附规律。

Abstract: Wastewater containing zincion not only pollute the environment, waste of resource but also do harm to human health,so how to develop the clean and effective management method is still the world’s significant research topic in the field of environmental this paper Banana peel is used as adsorbent to do research on wastewater containing zincion by static adsorption ,and then determinate the adsorption rate through single factor experiment which study the original concentration of wastewater,ph,temperature,amount of adsorbent ,adsorption time, calcination temperature of Banana peel on the adsorption efforts, and then do the orthogonal test to optimize the single factor results show that:calcination temperature of Banana peel at 200℃,Ph=7, concentration , adsorbent dosage , room temperature(25。C)agitating adsorption for hours when the adsorption rate can %. The fitting degree of two level dynamic is very high,and more in line with freundich isothermal adsorption.
