摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对生活质量的要求也越来越高,而外部自然气
候环境却在逐步恶化,公众迫切的需要随时随地的掌握准确的天气预报信息。手机
的普及,功能的日益增强和互联网的发展,可以很好地完成这一任务,为更好地方
便公众使用手机随时查询天气预报,开发了这套手机天气预报系统。另外,为了用
户的个性化需求,很多人们非常星座运势的信息,因此该系统集成了星座运势预报
的功能。
本文首先介绍了 windows mobile 操作系统、C#开发环境和 VS2005 开发平台,
分析手机天气预报系统涉及的相关技术,其中主要包括注册表的读写、用户图形界
面技术、手机图像处理技术、双缓冲技术,然后对系统进行了详细的分析,其中包
括需求分析、系统结构分析等,最后给出的是手机天气预报系统的整体结构和具体
的设计与实现。
本系统以 HTC 手机为例,采用 VS2005 作为开发 C# 的工具,数据存储方面
采用了注册表存储以及将网络数据下载到本地然后再转化成 INI 文件存储,该系统
完成后可满足用户随时查询各地天气预报以及星座运势信息。

Abstract
As people's living standards improve, people demand more and more quality of life,
and the external natural environment is gradually changing worst, the public grasp the
urgent need for accurate weather forecasts information anytime and anywhere. The
popularity of mobile phones, feature enhancements and the increasing development of the
, you can plish this task very well, in order to better facilitate public use of
mobile phones at any time for weather forecasts, weather forecast system developed the
mobile phone. In addition, to the user's individual needs, many people are very horoscope
information, so that the system integrates the functions horoscope forecasts.
This paper introduces the windows mobile operating system, C # development
environment and VS2005 development platforms of mobile phone related technologies
involved in weather forecasting system, which includes reading and writing registry,
graphical user interface technology, mobile image processing technology, double
buffering, Then a detailed analysis of the system, including requirements analysis, system
architecture analysis, given that the overall structure of mobile weather forecasting system
and the specific design and implementation.
