江苏高校图书馆数字资源分布与利用研究

摘要
信息时代,随着信息技术的不断发展,数字资源构成了信息交流的基础之一,推动了社会
的发展。图书馆的重要职责是保存与提供信息资源,而数字资源在全部资源中的重要性日益突
出。尤其高校图书馆,为了满足教职人员和学生的科研、教学需求,更加重视数字资源。江苏
作为教育大省,高校数量全国第一,需要为数量庞大的用户提供数字资源,同时江苏的数字资
源共建共享也是区域性系统内共建共享的一个良好榜样。虽然江苏的高校数字资源建设已经走
在全国前列,但由于多种原因,仍存在地区、学科等分布不平衡,利用不尽合理等问题。因此,
深入了解江苏高校图书馆数字资源分布与利用情况,可以合理地配置数字资源,优化数字资源
的结构,促进信息资源的共建共享工作。以地区作深入研究,新颖而有意义。
本文首先介绍了研究的基础与相应的研究方法。在数据收集与处理阶段,采用网络调查法、
数据分析法和综合比较法等对江苏高校图书馆数字资源建设情况进行调查。调查内容涉及引进
数字资源与自建数字资源两大方面,包括引进的中外文数据库、自建特色数据库和学科导航等
资源。依据调查结果归纳出了地区分布、类型分布和学科分布等情况,从而总结了江苏高校图
书馆数字资源分布与利用的现状与存在的问题,最后提出了合理布局江苏高校图书馆数字资源
及提高资源利用率的建议与对策。其目的在于真正实现江苏普通高校数字资源的共建共享,并
探讨了跨领域跨系统共建共享的可能性。

Abstract
With the continuous development of information technology in information age, digital resources
have constituted one basic foundation of munication, and speed up social
development. Preserving and providing information resources are the important responsibility for a
library, and the significance of digital resources in the whole resources has e increasingly
prominent. Particularly for university libraries, more attention is needed to be paid to digital resources
to satisfy requirements of research and teaching from faculties and students. Jiangsu as a big
educational province, has the largest number of universities, indicates that it is needed to provide the
resources to the huge amount of users. Meanwhile, the co-constructing and sharing of digital
resources in Jiangsu province is an excellent example as a regional system. Jiangsu is moving ahead
in the digital resources construction in China; however, due to variety of reasons, some issues still
exists, such as imbalance of regional and subject distribution, unreasonable utilization and so on.
