网络环境下河北省社会科学信息资源数字化建设方案研究

摘要

我们正在步入以数字网络为标志的信息化社会信息资源数字化
建设是信息化社会的核心和关键纵观国内外信息资源数字化建设的现状我
们不难看出信息资源的数字化建设是一项循序渐进的系统工程需要社会各
个方面的通力协作为了研究和制订适应网络形势的河北省社会科学信息资源
数字化建设方案作者采用了问卷调查走访调研专家面访以及网上检索等
多种调查方法在河北省各个系统的信息机构中选择了一些信息资源建设和网
络建设相对较好的单位就社会科学文献分布数据库分布人力资源情况以
及这些机构的网络化建设状况等问题进行了调研本文在对调研结果进行详细
分析研究的基础上用翔实的统计数据揭示了河北省社会科学信息资源的现代
化建设水平和资源数字化建设所具备的基本条件同时总结了我国信息资源数
字化建设的特点借鉴国内外信息资源数字化建设的成果经验设计出了河北
省社会科学信息资源数字化建设的方案构建了方案实施的三大模块信息资
源的采集与数字化加工模块数字资源的整合模块和网上发布与检索模块并
针对三个模块的不同功能提出了具体的实施过程和步骤论文最后提出了促进
河北省社会科学信息资源数字化建设的若干政策性建议

Study of A Proposal of Digitalized Construction
of Social Science Information Resources
in Hebei Province under Environment
Abstract
Nowadays we are striding into the age of informatization symbolized with the words
like “digital” and “network”. The digitalized construction of information resources is
the core of informatization. However, it is also a system engineering which should be
proceeded and coordinated in an orderly way. In order to make a proposal of the
digitalized construction of social science information resources in Hebei province, the
author uses several means including questionnaire survey, site visit, expertise
interview and online retrieval and makes an investigation on the distribution of social
science literature and database, the human resources and work construction in
some selected information institutions of Hebei Province. Based on the analysis of the
investigation results the thesis reveals the status of the modernization of the social
science information resources in Hebei province and summarizes some features of the
digitalized construction of information resources in China. By using the experience of
the digitalized construction of information resources both in China and abroad, the
author works out a proposal of the digitalized construction of socia
