缓蚀剂浓度对缓蚀剂扩散规律的影响
摘要
在生产石油的过程中,由于二氧化碳的存在,会对我们的采油设备产生一定的腐蚀,导致我们的装备的快速老化,寿命缩短。为此我们采用缓蚀剂来减缓腐蚀的发生,从而相对的“延长”装备的寿命。对于缓蚀剂的起作用,有很多的相关因素。比如产液速度、缓蚀剂浓度,油帽子高度,含油率等很多因素。通过井液流态来模拟在井下产油过程,本课题主要研究了在不同的缓蚀剂浓度的情况下,缓蚀剂所产生作用的不同结果,在此同时我们还做关于含油率对其作用的影响,最后我们得出了结论,在同一口井的情况下,相对高的缓蚀剂浓度,对于缓蚀剂的效果更加好。由于生产石油主要就是在动态条件下,这个研究的成功也将会是我们的采油水平上一个台阶,也会很大程度上减少设备的损害,并且在一定程度上可以为油田现场缓蚀剂的加注方法、加药量和加药周期等提供一定的参考。

Effect of inhibitor concentration of inhibitor for the diffusion law
Abstract
In the process of oil production, due to the presence of carbon dioxide, will produce some corrosion on our production equipment, our equipment leads to rapid aging, shortened life expectancy. We use to reduce the corrosion inhibitor, and thus relatively "extend" the life of equipment. The inhibitor effect, there are many related factors. Such as liquid production rate, slow release agent concentration, oil cap height, oil content and many other factors. Simulation in the underground production process by fluid flow, the main task is to study the corrosion inhibitor concentrations in different situations, different results of corrosion inhibitor and the effect, at the same time we also done on the influence of oil content on its function, and finally e to the conclusion, in the same well. Slow release agent, relatively high concentration, is good for the inhibition effect, the higher the the production of oil is mainly in the dynamic condition, the ess of the will is our production level in the last step, will greatly reduce the damage to the equipment, to provide a reference method, filling and can to a certain extent for oilfield corrosion inhibitor dosing and dosing period.
