摘要
本文深入、全面地研究了基于旋转变压器反馈的全数字交流永磁同步伺服系
统,主要内容如下:
介绍了交流永磁同步伺服系统概念、特点以及国内外发展概况;分析建立了
永磁同步电机数学模型,推导出了交流永磁同步伺服系统结构和原理,利用矢量
变换,实现永磁同步电机数学模型的解耦和线性化;运用 MATLAB/SIMULINK 工
具建立了交流永磁同步电机伺服系统仿真模型,分析了实际电机机电时间常数比
电气时间常数小的情况下,反电动势对电流环的影响,证明了在此条件下电流环
可以采用工程设计方法来设计;根据转子磁场定向控制策略,设计了交流永磁同
步伺服系统电流环、速度环调节器;设计了全数字交流永磁同步伺服硬件系统,
重点介绍了旋转变压器的原理和应用以及相应的软硬件抗干扰措施;最后给出了
采取相应的软硬件抗干扰措施前后试验波形以及系统速度和转矩电流动态响应波
形,通过比较仿真波形和试验波形得出结论:本文所建立的仿真模型对实际系统
设计具有指导意义,本文所设计的基于旋转变压器的反馈通道和相应的抗干扰措
施是正确的、可行的,电流环和速度环调节器设计以及整个伺服系统硬件设计合
理正确。

Abstract
The full digital AC-synchronous servo system based on resolver transformer as
position feedback device is deeply and roundly studied in this thesis, Its main content is
as follows:
Firstly, notions, characteristics, and general development situation abroad and in
home of AC-synchronous servo system are introduced. Secondly, the mathematic model
of permanent synchronous motor (PMSM) is established and the structure and
the operation principle of AC-synchronous servo system are deduced. Then using vector
conversion, decoupling and linearizing the mathematic model of AC-synchronous servo
system are carried out. With MATLAB\SIMULINK tools, the simulation model of
AC-synchronous servo system is set up. Back EMF’s influence on current loop is
analyzed when mechanical time constant of target motor is less than electrical time
constant of it. It is proved that current regulator can be designed by engineering design
method under this condition. Thirdly, according to the rotor field oriented
control strategy, current regulator and speed regulator of AC-synchronous servo system
are analyzed and designed. Fourthly, the hardware system of full digital
