基于未确知测度理论的高技术企业组织柔性评价研究

摘要
本文首先对组织柔性的国内外研究进行了综述,分析了现有组织柔性评价方法的
不足之处,然后论述了随机信息、模糊信息、灰色信息与未确知信息的关系,结合相
关研究,详细阐述了未确知测度理论,最后提出了运用未确知测度理论进行高技术企
业组织柔性评价研究。
依据高技术企业组织的特点,从创新性、外部环境与组织柔性关系出发,给出高
技术企业组织柔性维度的分类,对每个组织柔性维度进行了详尽的分析,进而得出组
织柔性的测量指标,并建立高技术企业组织柔性的评价指标体系;为克服专家赋予评
价指标权重的主观性,本文从信息熵理论出发,给出高技术企业组织柔性评价各因素
指标权重的计算方法来确定权重,使权重的赋值更加科学、合理;以未确知测度理论
为基础,建立了高技术企业组织柔性综合评价的未确知测度模型,运用该模型计算出
各评价指标的未确知测度值,再根据置信度识别准则进行等级判定,得出评价结果;
最后将未确知测度评价方法应用到具体高技术企业,得出该企业的组织柔性水平等级,
应用实例表明:未确知测度评价方法操作性强、效果好,提高了高技术企业组织柔性
评价的实用性和科学性。

Abstract
Abstract
First of all, the paper summarized the research anization flexibility at home and
abroad, analyzed the weakness to the existing evaluation methods anization flexibility,
then reviewed the relationship between random information, fuzzy information, gray
information and unascertained information, discussed in detail the unascertained measure
theory with the related bined, finally proposed to apply the unascertained
measure theory into the evaluation on high technology anization flexibility.
Due to the characteristics of high technology anization, from the
relationship among innovative, flexible and the external environment on, the paper gave the
classification anizational flexibility dimension, and analyzed in detail each dimensions,
then got anization flexibility measurement indicators, and established the evaluation
index system of high technology anization flexibility. To e the index
weight subjectivity which is given by expert evaluation, a count means with message
entropy is introduced in the paper, which can ensure the index weight of high technology
anization flexibility evaluation. It makes count of weight value e more
