文档介绍：---------------------------------作者:_____________-----------------------------日期::_____________江苏省安全生产条例(2016修订版中英对照)RegulationsofJiangsuProvinceonWorkSafety《江苏省安全生产条例》(mitteeoftheTwelfthJiangsuProvincialPeople'sCongressonJuly29,2016)(2016年7月29日江苏省第十二届人民代表大会常务委员会第二十四次会议通过)ChapterIGeneralProvisions第一章总则Article1TheseRegulationsareenactedpursuanttotheWorkSafetyLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaandotherlawsandadministrativeregulations,inlightofthespecificsituationofthisProvince,andforthepurposesofenhancingsupervisionandcontroloverworksafety,identsduetolackofworksafety,ensuringthesafetyofpeople'slivesandproperty,,防止和减少生产安全事故,保障人民群众生命和财产安全,促进经济社会持续健康发展,根据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》等法律、行政法规,结合本省实际,制定本条例。Article2TheseRegulationsareapplicabletoworksafetyinunitsthatareengagedinproductionandbusinessactivities(hereinafterreferredtoasproductionandbusinessunits),roadtrafficsafety,railwaytrafficsafety,waterwaytrafficsafety,civilaviationsafety,nuclear&radiationsafetyandspecialequipmentsafety,(以下统称生产经营单位)的安全生产及其相关监督管理,适用本条例;有关法律、法规对消防安全和道路交通安全、铁路交通安全、水上交通安全、民用航空安全以及核与辐射安全、特种设备安全另有规定的,适用其规定。Article3Inthemanagementofworksafety,thepolicyofsafetyfirst,,themainresponsibilityofproductionandbusinessunitsshallbeassigned,identshallbeenhancedinconformitywiththeprinciplethatindustry,business,productionandsafetymustbemanagedatthesametime,、预防为主、综合治理的方针,按照管行业、管业务、管生产必须同时管安全和谁主管、谁负责的原则,落实生产经营单位的主体责任,加大政府监管力度,强化生产安全事故责任追究,确保安全生产。Article4TheproductionandbusinessunitsaretheresponsiblepartythatmustobservetheRegulationsandrelevantlawsandregulationsonworksafety,reinforcemanagementofsafetywork,establishandimproveresponsibilitysystemandrules&regulationsforworksafety,increaset
