摘要
随着因特网以及其他通信网络的迅速普及,人们通过网络获取数字资源的需求在
不断增加,数字媒体服务产业也应运而生。在大量数字资源被使用的同时,对于这些
资源的权利保护问题也日益突出,所带来的直接后果就是资源建设者的权益得不到保
障,资源服务提供者的投入也得不到回报。因此,数字媒体服务产业要健康发展的关
键,就需要对资源的数字权利及其使用付费系统采用妥善有效的管理机制。
真正的费用管理机制应该是一种实时的管理,在用户使用数字资源的同时记录用
户的使用费用,为用户提供个性化的服务,方便用户和服务提供商随时查询使用的费
用。这样的数字资源管理系统既方便了用户,使用户清晰的了解自己的使用费用情况;
又能够使数字媒体服务提供者监控用户的账户余额,便于更好的管理数字资源、维护
其自身的利益。
本文针对现阶段数字资源权利管理的新需求,进一步扩展数字权利描述语言的应
用,并对数字资源权利管理的具体实现机制进行研究与设计。首先从认识到数字权利
管理(Digital Rights Management, DRM)研究的迫切性与必要性开始,全面的介绍了
DRM 系统,并且围绕现有的 DRM 系统,对数字权利描述语言(Digital Right Expression
Language, DREL)的可扩展性应用进行解析;其次,对基于 DREL 标准的实时 DRM
系统进行了详细的设计与关键模块的实现。对数字权利管理的研究,不但是新时代网
络发展的必然要求,也是数字时代到来所要求我们必须完成的一个构想。

Abstract
With the rapid popularization of and work, the
requirement of digital recourses e more and more pressing, which directly brings the
industry of digital media service. As lots of digital resources are used today, this problem
es more and more outstanding. This causes the result that the right of resource
builder can not be protected and almost nothing returns to service provider. To make the
industry of digital media service healthy, some managing mechanism must be used in the
area of digital right and payment system.
The real payment management system should be a real-time one. It can record the
using payment just when the digital resources are being used, provide individual service to
different users, and have the function for users and resource providers to search the fees.
Such a digital resource management system can at one side make the users conveniently
know the fee condition, and at the other side have a way for resource providers to inspect
the balance of the users who use the resources them provided. In this way, digital resources
can be managed better and the right of resource provider can be p
