【摘要】自上世纪80年代以来,受流行音乐和外来音乐的影响,我国很多传统音乐已逐渐淡出了人们的印象,使众多口口相传的民间音乐出现了后继无人濒临失传的现状。长期以来,普遍认为传承和发扬地方音乐文化的任务是高等专业院校的任务,忽视了基础教育阶段传承地方民间音乐艺术的重要作用,这对拯救和弘扬民族文化事业极为不利。因此,传承和发扬地方民族音乐文化也应成为基础教育阶段音乐教育义不容辞的责任和义务。

【Abstract】Since the last century since the 80’s, pop music and foreign music under the influence of the many traditional music has faded and people’s impressions, so many word of mouth in the folk music there essors lost art of the status quo. Over the years, generally agreed that the local music culture, heritage and carrying forward the task is the task of higher professional institutions ignore the basic education stage musical art heritage places the important role of civil society and this culture to save and carry forward the cause of great disadvantage. Therefore, the heritage and development of local folk music and cultural stage of basic education should also be incumbent upon music education and obligations.

地方音乐文化是民族文化的重要组成部分,我国各地各民族都有着丰富灿烂的地方音乐文化。随着经济社会的飞速发展,文化事业也空前繁荣,自上世纪80年代以来,受流行音乐和外来音乐的影响,在人们时尚的审美视角中我国很多传统音乐文化的地位也悄然发生了改变,已逐渐淡出了人们的印象。本世纪以来,随着各地民间艺术组织的再度萎靡和民间艺人的相继离开,很多口口相传的民间音乐已出现后继无人濒临失传的现状,祖先世代相传的优秀文化如不加大拯救力度,就将成为永远令人伤楚的传说了。近些年来,在专家和学者的疾呼下,保护非物质文化遗产的行动也在全国各地相继展开,使大量民族文化得以保护和拯救,但是这些优秀的文化如果得不到有效地传承和光大也只能尘封在历史的长河中,不为众人所知。长期以来,普遍认为传承和发扬地方
