摘要
目前,我国尾矿废渣综合治理和利用仍滞留于途径单一、技术含量及产品附加值低等阶段。近年来,利用钢渣和粉煤灰加工成微晶玻璃,在国外已广泛应用于建筑装饰材料,但由于国内技术及制备工艺方面的缺陷,其成本过高,没有得到广泛应用,因此有继续深入研究下去的必要。以期降低成本,提高品质。
本文对微晶玻璃的发展现状制备方法及其应用作了较系统的综述;并以钢渣、粉煤灰为主要原料,利用正交设计方法选取较合适的微晶玻璃配方组成,以CaF2 和TiO2 为复合晶核剂,采用熔融法制备以CaO-Al2O3-SiO2为系统、主晶相为透辉石(Ca(Fe,Al)(Si,Al)2O6)的微晶玻璃。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等现代测试手段,对制备的微晶玻璃试样物相组成、显微结构及晶体结构进行研究。结果显示,以钢渣和粉煤灰制备的微晶玻璃可以作为一种新的建筑装饰材料。

ABSTRACT
At present, China'prehensive management and utilization of tailings residues in ways single stranded still, technological content and low value-added products stage. In recent years, use the steel slag and fly ash processed into crystallite glass, in overseas has been widely used in architectural decoration materials, but because the domestic technology and preparation technology of the defects in its cost is exorbitant, no extensively, therefore has the necessary to further research on. In order to reduce cost, improve quality.
In this paper the development situation of glass-ceramics preparation methods and their applications were reviewed with system; And with steel slag and fly ash as the main raw material, using the orthogonal design method of selecting a suitable microlite glass position to CaF2 and TiO2 as posite nucleation agent, prepared by melting with CaO - legal Al2O3 - for the system, main SiO2 crystalling phase for through pyroxene(Ca(Fe,Al)(Si,Al)2O6) of microcrystalline glass. Using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and other modern testing method of preparation, the crystallite glass sample content position, microstructure and crystal structure were studied. The results show that the steel slag and fly ash to the preparation of glass-ceramics can serve as a kind of new architecture decoration materials.
