Recently, the mittee and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region have given the
Xinjiang’s impoverished region a great support on financial and material resources to develop the
education, and the basic educational carrer have made considerable progress. Researching the
fiancial expenditure to the xinjiang’s impoverished region is useful to improve the efficiency use
of the fiance expenditure. This text is from the authentic proof to analysis influnce betwwen the
education of xinjiang’s impoverished region and e of the farmers and families with the
typical investigation methods,and pare the relationship between the educational level and
educational profit,the relation between the impoverished region and the non-impoverished
region’s educational profit rate to draw a conclusion that the education of the Xinjiang’s
impoverished region highly influence the e of the farmers and families, and plays a great
role on the additional e of farmers. This text also uses the gradational analysis about the
influences on the various factors of the level of the xinjiang’s basic education, and draws the
conclusion that the quality and support of the education are important factors which influence the
development of education. This text makes a suggestion that to carry out the nine-year’s rural
compulsory education and the training of the professional skills, and to strengthen the
management of the education and teaching to improve the quality of the education of the
Xinjiang’s impoverished region.
