摘要
国家“十一五”规划把沼气池建设作为新农村建设的重点工程,对统筹城乡协调发
展、加快乡村基础设施建设、大力发展循环农业与生态农业、加大力度防治农业面源污
染、有效治理农村人居环境等具有重要的现实意义。
本文以随机抽样调查为主、宏观调查为辅以及系统分析相结合的方法。以问卷调查
的方式了解丘陵地区有关家庭基本情况、能源消费和沼气池建设以及建沼气池带来的经
济效益和生态效益等相关问题;考察并研究在丘陵地区发展“猪(鱼、兔、蚕)-沼-
电-粮(菜、果、菇)”的沼气生态农业模式的必要性、实施条件以及农村户用沼气池
建设对农村家庭经济、环境和能源消费水平和结构带来的影响。选用 excel 软件对数据
进行统计分析。利用实证研究法剖析目前高山乡农村户用沼气生态农业模式,运用成本
效益分析方法分析沼气池建设的能源效益以及对购买沼气发电设备财务效益分析;利用
层次分析法建立指标体系来评价沼气池建设对环境的影响。并探讨在丘陵地区农村户用
沼气开发与综合利用模式及其策略。研究结果表明:第一,在偏远丘陵地区发展沼气生
态农业综合利用模式——“猪(鱼、兔、蚕) -沼-电-粮(菜、果、菇)”,能转变农村
传统的用能结构、改善村民生活环境以及增加农民收入。第二,农村户用沼气池的维护
走“小家电式维修服务”模式,有利于沼气池的功能得到更有效的发挥。第三,对户用
沼气发电项目在一些缺电的农村进行试点,即在丘陵地区试行“猪-沼-电-粮”生态农
业模式,能有效的利用沼气能源。
基于上的上面的研究,本文提出了转变观念,提高认识;完善设计与检验标准,保
证沼气池质量;健全服务体系,完善管理机制,加强技术培训,增强服务功能;培养沼
气综合利用的技术人员到村、组进行技术指导,拓展沼肥沼气的应用领域;多方筹集资
金、多渠道增加投入在丘陵地区试行“猪-沼-电-粮”模式,以便更有效的利用沼气能
源等 5 条措施。

Abstract
A Study of the eco-agricultural model of the house-holding
methane-generating of the Mian-yang Sichuan hilly area
National "Eleventh Five-Year" plan regards methane-generating build as one of new countries’
construction key projects, which would be of great practical significance to the overall-arranged
development of urban and rural areas, to the acceleration of rural infrastructure construction, to the
vigorous development of the recycling agriculture and ecological agriculture, to the increase of greater
efforts to control agriculture non-point source pollution and to the effective management and improvement
of human habitat environment in rural areas.
In this paper, through questionnaires, the method of random sample survey of the macroscopical surveys
combined with systems analysis is used to learn the basic situation of the families in hilly areas and to
study the energy consumption and methane-generating pit constructions to bring about economic and
ecological environmental benefit
