基于Parlay Ⅹ的短信业务接入网关设计与实现

摘要
随着电信业的迅猛发展,语音通信以外的需求越来越广泛,产生了种类繁多的新
型电信业务。下一代网络到来之际,现有的电信业务提供模式难以满足个性化、多样
性的业务需求。因此,基于多网融合的下一代基础设施网络,在电信网络业务层中部
署综合、开放的业务系统以高效地设计、开发和提供各种不同新型电信业务,已成为
电信业发展的一大趋势。
现有电信网络结构在数据业务方面较为封闭,无法与互联网数据业务的开放程度
相比,使得新型业务的开发较为困难,同时要求开发人员具有专门的电信网络背景知
识。针对这一问题,本文首先探讨 Web 服务和 Parlay 开放业务框架应用于现有电信
网络数据业务开发和扩展的可行性。然后,结合移动通信网短信业务扩展的需求,提
出了一种基于 Parlay X 的短信服务接入网关设计方案。该方案采用 J2EE 程序设计框
架和 Java 网络编程技术,实现了 Parlay X 与 SMPP 协议之间的转换,同时还预留了
网关协议转换进一步扩展开发的接口。
本文提出的基于 Parlay X 的设计方案,能够满足短信业务接入网关的应用需求,
应用于现有的移动通信网络,能够将短信业务的用户范围有效地扩展至规模庞大的互
联网,增强了两种网络信息和业务的互联互通。

Abstract
With the rapid development of munications, there is an increasingly demand
on other services apart from the simple munications,thus new services
emerged abundantly in variety. As the next-works draws near, the existing
services can hardly meet the need of providing personalized and diversified
services. Thereafter, the next-work infrastructure based on the convergence
of works has e the new trend in the development of munications
industry. It enables highly-efficient design, development and provision of various new-type
services based on prehensive and open service systems in
network services.
The current work structure is relative reclusive in data services and
couldn'pete with the opening extent of the data services, which makes it quite
difficult for the innovation of new-type services. Moreover, it requires the developers to be
competent in specilized work information. Facing the dilemma, this thesis first
explores the developmental possibilities of the application of the web services and
Parlay/OSA framework on the existing work data services. Then, combined
with the expanding demand of the short massage servives of the munication
network, it puts forward a design project of the SMS access gateway based on Pa
