文档介绍:重庆大学硕士学位论文熔盐电解TiO<,2>制备金属钛的研究姓名:扈玫珑申请学位级别:硕士专业:冶金工程指导教师:白晨光20060401重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要I 摘要本文对熔盐电解法制备钛的技术进行了回顾与总结并分析了各自的特点重点对近年来出现的熔盐电解TiO2制备金属钛即剑桥工艺FFC工艺的实验条件和过程参数进行了研究在实验室自制的电解装置上分别就FFC工艺中阴极制备熔盐预处理电解设备改进电解过程控制等方面进行了探索性实验研究并对电解过程基本的电化学特性进行了初步研究阴极制备主要包括40MPa压力下模压成型两段式烧结1小时内升至550保温1小时再1小时升温至900保温8小时及烧结后TiO2块打孔用钼棒串接三个主要环节实验中选用CaCl2作为电解熔盐并对其进行预处理100保温1小时 ×10- ,采用配有X光电子能谱仪(XPS) ABSTRACT Based on the “FFC process”, this thesis reviewed and summarized the methods to extract titanium by electrolysis reduction in salt, and analyzied their respective characters. The main study focused on getting titanium by electrolysis reduction of TiO2in salt, namely, rearches about experiment conditiones and processing parameters of FFC process, were sutdied. Preparation of the cathode, choice and pretreatment of the salt, improvement of the electrolysis equipment and control of the parameters during electrolysis were carefully investigated in home-made equipment. Preparation of the cathode includesshaping under the press of 40Mpa, sintering at 550 for 1 hour and at 900 for 8 hours and threading with molybdenum bar; Considering the literatures we choose CaCl2 as salt for preparation titanium. Pretreatment of salt is for 1 hour at 100 and for 2 hours at 300. Partial pressure of oxygen which need lower than -7Pa to reduct titanium oxides and hygroscopic property of salt need a sealed equipment to electrolyse. And finally essfully designed a satisfied one
