反射式光纤氢气传感器信号处理模块的设计与实现

摘要
现代科技和工业的发展,对氢气传感器的成本、稳定性和使用范围提出了更多,更
高的要求。与此同时随着光纤传感技术的发展,光纤传感器以其无可比拟的优势应用到
各个方面。为此在查阅了大量的相关资料,尤其是国内外氢气光纤传感器的现状和发展
的基础上,本文论述了一种低成本,高精度的反射式氢气光纤传感器的研制。本文在给
出了传感器的总体结构设计后,就信号调制模块,信号接收模块,信号调理模块,反馈
模块和数据采集模块分别做了介绍。
本文从进一步提高传感器的精度和降低成本入手,对光纤传感器进行了深入的研
究。通常传感器精度主要由敏感器件,传感器结构,消除噪声的算法和电路设计所决定。
为了更进一步的提高氢气传感器精度,本论文力图建立全闭环反馈系统来抑制噪声干
扰。闭环反馈模块设计完成后,需要对LED的输入电压就行有效的控制。对于光强输出
信号,本系统需要进行有效的调制以便进行相关的信号处理算法。对于后续的数据采集,
通过滤波及曲线拟合来保证传感器的精度。这样使整个系统的结构更加合理,设计更加
灵活,同时降低了成本。
为了验证效果,对本文中所设计的部分做了实测,并给出了相关的参数。试验结果
表明本文中的设计达到了预期的要求。

Abstract
With the development of modern science and industry, higher and more requirement is
needed as to the cost ,the stability and the use range of the hydrogen sensor, meanwhile with
the development of optical fiber Sensing technology, it is applied in various field. Therefore,
on consulting a large number of related documents, especially base on the current situation
and development of the hydrogen optical fiber sensor, this dissertation discuss the design of a
kind of reflective hydrogen optical fiber sensor which has the characteristics of low cost, high
precision. This dissertation initially discuss the design of the sensor’s general structure, then
five modules such as signal modulation module, signal receiving module, signal transform
module, feedback module and signal collect module are introduced respectively.
This dissertation which aims to improve the accuracy of the sensor and cut down its cost
has a further research on the sensor. Generally the fiber sensor’s precision is mainly decided by
ponents, the sensor’s structure, the algorithm of eliminating noise and the design of
software and hardware. In order to improve the accuracy of the hydrogen sensor, the
dissertation seeks to establish a full closed-loop feedback system to
