摘
要: 工学结合是高职教育人才培养模式的显著特征, 也是高职教育的核心理念。探索和实践工学结合的
人才培养模式是新时期高职院校改革创新的重要内容。结合我院工程测量技术专业教学改革实际, 对高职
工程测量技术专业工学结合人才培养模式进行探讨。

Abstract: W ork- integrated Learn ing is a no table feature o f personnel training m ode and the core idea in higher vo-
ca tiona l education. The exploration and practice o f personne l training m ode o fw ork- integrated learn ing is a very
important aspect o f the reform and innovation o f h igher vocational education in the new era. Connecting the rea lity
of teaching reform of eng ineer ing survey technology in our institute, th is paper d iscusses the personne l training m ode
of work- integ rated learning in eng ineering survey techno logy of higher vocationa l education.
