摘要
进入二十一世纪以来,计算机周边外部设备的生产和销售竞争日益加剧,EG
公司作为生产 EPSON 品牌针式打印机色带的生产厂家面临前所未有的挑战,主
要来源于品牌产品、兼容产品和假冒产品的冲击。EG 公司决定削减成本、降低
库存资金占用、提高资金的使用效率,把在物流运行过程中的非核心业务外包并
实施供应商库存管理,从而突破现存困境,使自己在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。
本文总结了 EG 公司发展的现况、特点和挑战,分析了该企业在物流管理过
程中存在的不足,借鉴了国内外优秀企业物流改革所取得的成功经验,利用供应
链管理理论、第三方物流外包、供应商库存管理理论进行深入地分析,在此基础
上提出 EG 公司应把收货、仓存管理、物料配送等业务进行外包,同时根据 EG
公司的贸易性质提出供应商管理下的仓库应该设置在 EG 公司仓库内为最佳选
择,并明确提出改善后物流路线走向、物料的财产所属状况、物流的单据流程等。
文章最后对 EG 公司实施供应商管理库存的风险进行了分析,提出从第三方
服务商的选择、第三方物流服务质量控制等方面进行风险防范,从而建立持久并
有效的第三方物流管理下的供应商库存管理模式,使 EG 公司的物流管理提升一
个新的台阶,为企业突破现存的困境做出巨大贡献。

Abstract
Since the 21st century, the production and petition of puter
peripheral devices has e more and more intense. As a producer for ink ribbon of
EPSON stylus printer, EG is facing an unprecedented challenge, ing from the
impact of other product brands, compatible products and fake products. EG decides to
reduce the cost, lower the inventory fund take-up, improves the fund utilization, outsource
the non-core business during the logistics operation, and implement the vendor’s inventory
control, thus breaking from the existing trouble so that it can be in a winning position in
the petition.
This article summarizes the existing condition, features and challenges for the
development of EG, analyzes its ings in the logistics management process, learns
from the essful experiences of logistics reform by excellent domestic and foreign
enterprises, and utilizes the supply chain management theory, third party logistics
outsourcing, and vendor management inventory theory for extensive analysis. On this
basis, propose that EG should outsource the cargo receiving, warehousing management
and material distribution. Meanwhile, based on the trade feature of EG, propose that the
best choice is to locate the warehouse under vendor
