中国电信集团公司多点语音增值业务盈利模式分析
摘要
基于固网的电信增值业务是提高语音业务值的重要手段
多点语音增值业务是传统的固网增值业务之一而中国电信集团公司
长期以来只提供多点通话的平台主要供政府和商业用户开会盈利
能力非常有限
本文以中国最大的固网运营商中国电信集团公司多点增值
业务盈利模式创新为课题进行了分析研究介绍了多点语音增值行业
的基本情况指出该行业迅速发展的动因对该行业的两大竞争者
基础电信运营商和虚拟运营商的竞争情况作了分析通过对中国电信
现阶段盈利模式的分析得出该盈利模式存在的问题对多点语音增
值业务进行市场细分和客户细分针对应用服务市场和娱乐服务市场
的三类客户做客户偏好变化分析指出电信业具有独特的盈利特点
并通过对通用电气和成功盈利模式的剖析得到对发展
多点语音增值业务的启示
通过对应用服务型业务顾客链三种可替代方案及相关配套产品
服务的分析得出应用服务型业务应推行全方位客户解决方案创新模
式娱乐服务型业务的分析以电话业务为例通过对该业务竞争
优势及娱乐型业务市场发展趋势的分析得出中国电信必须抓住娱乐
市场发展的差异性推行整合价值链创新模式与内容提供商形成互
动找到杀手级应用完善虚拟运营商共盈模式共同打造多点语音
增值业务服务品牌

THE ANALYSIS OF BUSINESS MODEL FOR THE
MULTI-POINT VALUE-ADDED VOICE SERVICE
OF CHINA GROUP
ABSTRACT
The value-added service based on local work is an
important way to enhance the ARPU of Voice Service. The Multi-point
voice service is one of the most conventional value-added service.
However, for a long time China Group just offers the platform
of multi- point voice service for the government, commercial users, so the
beneficial ability is limited.
In this thesis, it focused on the creative business mode of the Multi-
point voice service of China group ,the biggest local telephone
network provider. Introduced the background of the Multi-point voice
service, and also marked the reason why it developed so quickly. Also
analyzed the petitor of this industry: The foundational
provider and the hypothesized operation business. By analyzing the
present business mode ,we can get the disadvantage of it. After dividing
the multi-point service between customers and market, we also analyzed
the changeable hobbies of three level customers on both the applicable
market and the entertainment market, to show the unique characteristic of
business mode of industry. Besides, from the essful case of
