中文摘要

学分制是以选课为核心,通过绩点和学分,衡量学生学习质和量的综合教学
管理制度。在采用了学分制的学校,传统的基于学年制的教学管理系统已不能满
足学分制模式的需求,为了适应体现出以人为本的教育方针政策的需要,使教务
人员从繁杂的任务中解脱出来,应我校教务处委托,我们设计并实现了一套功能
实用、具有学分制特色的教务综合管理系统。本文对基于学分制的教务管理系统
做了深入研究和设计,主要包括以下内容:
1. 首先介绍了基于学分制的教务管理系统的开发背景、阐述了教务信息化的
现状与意义,提出了本系统的体系结构,介绍了本系统的主要功能。
2. 分析了学分制及其特点、系统的数据流图及功能层次关系,重点分析了学
分制中的选课功能需求、智能排课的需求,并对本系统中的开课计划、排课、学
生选课这三个关键业务环节进行了详细的分析。
3. 提出了本系统的总体架构设计方案,规划了本系统的网络拓朴结构,分析
并设计了本系统 C/S 结构与 B/S 结构相结合的体系结构,对系统中的数据库模型
进行了详细的设计,并在数据库安全方面提出并采取了一系列的安全保障措施。
4. 针对教务处管理员、系部管理员、普通用户、学生用户等不同的用户进行
了系统功能模块分析与设计;对选修规则与选修功能流图进行了分析并实例说明;
分析了机器自动排课与人工调整的功能实现并进行了实例说明。
5. 最后对本系统进行小结并对系统的改进提出了展望。

System Based on Credit Hour System

Abstract

The credit hour system (CHS), characterized by course selection, is an integrated
teaching and management system to evaluate the quality and quantity of student
learning based on Grade point average and credits. However, traditionally trivial
educational administration system (EAS) dependent on the academic year system does
not match the modern CHS model in the schools. Here, ply with the
human-oriented education policies and to maximally extricate the educational
administrator from the trivial daily affairs, we design and implement an integrated,
informational and practical EAS characterized by CHS (named iEAS- CHS), main
contents of this thesis are as follow:
1. The developing background of EAS- CHS is introduced, the situation and the
significance of information system of EAS are elucidated, and the structure and the
main function of the iEAS- CHS are put forward.
2. The characteristics of CHS and the data flow chart and the functi
