我国演艺业经营战略发展研究

摘要

随着经济发展及全球化,我国文化产业蓬勃发展的同时也面临着越来越来
激烈的竞争,演艺业历来是文化产业的核心,是现代社会文化中最具多元发展
和产品衍生能力的原创性门类、是具有广泛群众性从而具有广阔市场前景的产
业,同时也是一项能源消耗少、可持续发展性强的绿色产业。随着我国文化产
业的体制改革,演艺业在市场经济的大海中迎来新的挑战和发展机遇。
本文通过对中外演艺业的现状、特点、文艺院团的结构体制及改革的剖析,
研究对我国、我省演艺业繁荣创新有所助益的规律性认识,总结出演艺业面临
的机遇与挑战、文艺院团要生存和发展必须改革,并为我国、我省演艺业改革、
持续发展、经营战略制定提供了具体的思路和措施。以期促进我国、我省演艺
业继续呈现出快速发展态势,演艺业市场更加成熟和开放,进入现代化、规范化、
科学化和社会化管理的新阶段,并为政府、文艺院团管理者全面了解演艺业现
状、存在问题及改革发展思路提供参考和借鉴。

A Study on Business Development Strategy of Show
Business in Our Country
ABSTCACT

With economic development and globalization, Vigorous development of
China's cultural industry is also facing increasingly petition .Performing
Arts industry which is originality category in modern social and cultural , has the
most development capacity of diversity and products derived has always been the
core of the cultural industry. Meanwhile it has a broad market prospect for the
broad , is a green industry for less energy consumption and sustainable
development. With the reform of China's cultural industries, the performing arts
industry will face new challenges and opportunities for development in the sea of
market economy.
This article is based on the system analysis of status, characteristics, reform
and structure of cultural troupes of Chinese and foreign performing arts industry,
research on understanding of the laws which is useful for prosperity and innovation
of performing arts industry of China and Anhui. Make out that the chances and the
challenges,cultural troupes need to reform if they want to survive and develop, and
then supply frondose ways and measures for show Business reform, continuable
development, constituting management stratagems. in order to make show Business
in our country and our province will be developing rapidly, the market will be more
mature an
