产品追溯系统分析与设计

摘要

本课题为“产品追溯系统分析与设计”。系统针对目前富士康公
司产品追溯使用现状,结合公司对产品质量追溯的要求,采用
Informix 及 JSP 技朮,使用 Informix 4GL 和 JAVA 语言编写的一套
制造管理类软件。它依托富士康公司的 ERP 平台,实现了产品追溯资
料与生产管理资料的紧密结合,提供了友好方便的 WEB 方式数据查询
和报表。该系统能够对生产过程任何一个工序任何一个料件,批号进
行向前和向后追溯的功能,从而查询到因某个阶段零部件的品质问题
而导致后续相关联的所有产品,以及根据该零部件的发料和生产工序
追查到造成品质问题的来源物料或机器,模具等。
本系统的开发主要分成以下几个部分:第一章是绪论部分,包括
富士康公司简介,课题的来源及意义,国内外研究现状以及系统开发
平台和开发程序语言介绍等;第二章系统分析部分,根据终端用户对
系统的使用需求,分析出系统所需表单,及系统功能。第三章数据库
设计部分,根据系统分析设计出系统所需数据库表。第四章系统设计
部分,根据前面所做的系统分析和数据库设计,选择出系统开发平台,
所需硬件,及定义出产品信息标识和系统功能结构。第五章程序编写
部分是对系统设计进行程序化,包括 ERP 系统端部分,WEB 端部分,
分别实现系统的资料输入和查询报表功能。

ABSTRACT


The project’s title is product tracing system analysis and design. The
system is a kind of manufacturer management software .It is based on the
current status of product tracing system of pany and the
requirement of the product tracing function. It’s written in Informix 4GL
and Java language based on Informix and JSP technology. Combining
with the ERP system pany, it joined the product tracing data with
manufacturer management data. At the same time, it has user-friendly
web interface for query and report output. The system supplies the
backward and forward tracing function no matter what any part or any
working procedure during the production period. It can find all parts
related with the questioned part, then trace to its source that may be the
material part, machine or tooling.
The system is mainly divided into five parts as below. The first
chapter is the preface and review. It includes the introduction to the
pany, project’s content, current status of the tracing system
and simply introduce of developing language. The second chapter is
system analysis. It confirms the system interface
