摘要
随着市场经济的发展,为了培养与时俱进的体育教育专业人才,根据文献资料和专家访谈我们知道21世纪初期中国体育教育专业人才培养目标为:培养面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来,适应我国社会主义现代化建设和基础教育改革与发展的实际需要,德、智、体、美全面发展,专业基础宽厚,具有现代教育观念、良好的科学素养和职业道德以及具有创新精神和实践能力,能从事学校体育与健康的教学、训练、竞赛工作,并能从事学校体育科学研究工作、学校体育管理工作及社会体育指导等工作的多能一专体育教育专业复合型人才。伴随着社会的发展,瞄准体育人才市场需求规格的变革,加强教学改革是培养出高质量毕业生的关键,体育院校在培养模式上必须相应变革,针对体育教育专业学生的现状,结合社会的现实需求,为适应新世纪人才市场的需求。体育院校要打破单一的培养模式。不断提高大学生综合素质,把学生培养成“厚基础、宽口径、高素质、超能力”的一专多能的复合型人才。

ABSTRACT
With the development of the market economy, keeping up with the times in order to train professionals in physical education, according to documents and interviews with experts , in the early 21st century ,we know that physical education professionals in China's training objectives are: training more specifically to plex physical education personnel who is toward modernization, the world, for the future, adapting to China's socialist modernization and reform of basic education and development of the actual needs of moral, intellectual, physical, and aesthetic development, professional basis generous with modern concepts of education, scientific literacy and a good work ethic and innovative spirit and practical ability to engage in school sports and health education, training, competition, and to engage in scientific research work of the school sports, school sports munity sports management guidance work. Along with the development of society and aimed at sports market demand changes in specifications, strengthening the teaching reform is the key of training high-quality graduates.
