文档介绍:上海交通大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT RESEARCH ON DECODING MODULE IN 5-AXIS DOUBLE-CHANNEL MILLTURN MACHINING C SYSTEM ABSTRACT The pre-process system C system is the basis of NC function and data interface, which includes NC program decoding, pensation and mathematics process. In this paper, the decoding module of 5-axis double-C system is designed base on Windows NT RTX accoding to the needs of this system. A double NURBS interpolation method with the satisfy of geometric precision for 5-axis interpolation is presented and studied. Furthermore, some key technology of 5-axis interpolation is studied. Analysis of the millturn machining center is plished. The docoding module C system is also expanded in this paper. Some custom function, including fixed cycle、macro-programe and subprogram, are expanded and realized. That makes the system obtain the basic function of the high-C system. decoding module and data interface of 5-axis double-C system is to the existing information of double-C system, the function of the system is analyzed. The decoding function and the data transmission is realized. Software testing and the actual processing proved the accuracy and reliability of the system. 3. A double NURBS interpolation method with the satisfy of geometric precision for 5-axis interpolation is studied and realized. For the ings of linear interpolation plex surface machining, the mathod is presented and the geometric error of this method is also analyzed in this peper. The mathod is realized by programing based on VC. Software testing and the actual processing proved the accuracy and reliability of the system.
