校外美术教育在人文素质教育中的功能研究

摘要
校外美术教育目前在全世界范围内普遍受到高度关注,在美术教育界被认为是
人文素质教育有效进行的必要保证,在人文素质教育中发挥着独特的功能。本文首
先从概念上对校外美术教育进行了界定,并将其置于社会教育的大背景下,在与其
它校外教育形式、学校美术教育形式的比较中分析出其特质。然后,本文对人文素
质教育与美术教育的内在相关性进行了探讨,从理论上阐述了人文素质教育对美术
教育的功能要求。在对校外美术教育与学校美术教育发挥的人文素质教育功能进行
比较后,分析出校外美术教育所具有的独特功能。最后,本文对目前校外美术教育
所出现的问题进行了分析并提出了相应的解决建议。

Abstract
Nowdays, the out-school fine arts education is highly concerned about all over the world
and be regarded as the necessary part to effectively guarantee quality education in the
humanities and play an very unique function in it. In this paper, the concept of out-school
fine arts education has been defined firstly paring with the other out-school
education forms and in-school fine arts education forms. While being placed against the
background of social education with other education forms, the author gave a
comparative analysis of the characteristics of out-school fine arts education. Then, the
paper discussed the the internal relevance between quality education in the humanities
and fine arts education, theoretically described the functional requirements that quality
education in the humanities demonds the fine arts education. As in-school fine arts
education plays different functions from out-school fine arts education in quality
education of humanities, the pared their func featuresand came to a
conclusion that out-school fine arts education had the unique functions and play more
important roles in quality education of humanities. Finally, the current out-school fine
arts education’s problems were analyzed and put forward the corresponding
mendations.
