铁路电力远动终端的设计与研究

摘要
随着我国铁路运输的发展,传统的铁路电力供(配)电网和调度模式已经很
难满足铁路运输发展的要求。基于计算机、通信、自动化等信息技术的电力远动
监控技术开始在铁路电力供电和牵引供电中应用。电力远动监控系统能够极大地
提高铁路电力调度的自动化程度,有效的保障区间信号中继站及车站供电。电力
远动系统能否稳定的运行的关键在于远动终端是否正常工作。然而,当前对铁路
电力远动终端问题研究很少,因此本论文作了以下研究工作:
,结合我国铁路电力供电现状,指出
了远动终端是铁路电力远动监控系统重要组成部分,以及现有的铁路电力远动终
端设备在调试运营中存在的一些不足;
、运行原理等进行了系统分析,定义了远动
终端系统基本功能,规定了工作技术条件和设计了各种参数;
、电网监控与调度、微机保护、通信等
方面技术,基于将电力供电故障隔离到最小区域的原则设计了铁路电力远动终端
故障诊断与控制系统;
,分析了各种干扰产生的原因
及特点,分别在软硬件设计、电路设计和施工中,采取相应的抗干扰措施以保证
远动终端的稳定运行;
,选用人工神经网络算法进行数据处
理,以保证远动终端系统处理数据达到最优。

Abstract
With the development of railway transportation, traditional electric power
networks and power dispatching models in railway can not satisfy the demands of
railway transport development. The remote supervisory control technology has been
applied in railway power supply and traction power supply based on information
technologies such puter technology, communication technology and automation
control technology. The remote supervisory control system for railway not only can
improve greatly the degree of automation in the railway power dispatching system for
railway, but also can guarantee effectively the supplies of railway stations and relay
stations for section signals. The key problem that whether could maintain its stability
depends on the remote terminal units running properly. However, the remote terminal
units in railway electric power have seldom been studied. For this purpose, the
following research work has pleted:
Firstly. Under the current situation of speeding up the implementation of high
