1978 年,是中国历史上重要的一年。同年 12 月召开的第十一届三中全会
确立了工作重点向现代化建设的转移,高度评价了当时关于实践是检验真理的
唯一标准问题的讨论,意味着极“左”政治路线的终结和新时期的开始。从此,
中国进入改革开放的新时代。正是这种条件下,中国画和整个中国同步的进入
了反思和改革开放的新时代,这个时代被称为新时期,也是中华人民共和国成
立以来又一段最好的时期。中国社会发生了巨大变化,这一时期的文艺指导方
针是:“百花齐放,百家争鸣”文化艺术出现了空前的繁荣与多元化。
新疆是中国不可分割的一部分,其经济、文化的发展都与其大方向相一致;
新疆国画在中国大的文化发展背景下,紧紧跟随着中国当代中国画大的主流发
展方向,取得了比较显著的成就。其绘画艺术融合了多元文化,形成了鲜明而
独特的艺术语言,具有强烈的民族性和地域性,为新疆乃至中国绘画添加了辉
煌的一笔。然而,新疆中国画创作在繁荣发展的同时也存在着不足,有待于改
进;文章分为四部分,对新时期新疆地域性题材国画创作进行研究论述。
第一部分,是文章的导言,包括提出问题,文献综述,研究方法和本文的
创新点几个部分。
第二部分,首先总结归纳新时期新疆地域性题材国画创作现状;
第三部分:分析研究新时期新疆地域性题材国画创作中存在的问题及原因;
第四部分:分析研究使新疆地域性题材国画创作进一步成熟的可行性方案;

Abstract
In 1978, is an important year in Chinese history. In December the convening of
