摘要:针对光纤表面等离子体共振传感器在线实时检测与数据分析处理等的要求,利用虚拟
仪器技术,自行设计了适用于光纤表面等离子体共振传感系统的采集分析软件系统,软件中
采用低通巴特沃斯滤波器有效消除高频干扰,同时采用循环结构实时在线显示当前光谱,并
调用差值寻峰库函数,动态显示整个测量过程中 SPR 工作波长的变化情况。实验测得,对
不同浓度的磷酸盐缓冲液,传感系统具有良好的稳定性与重复性,工作波长可稳定在
范围内,且具有 10-5 的分辨率;传感器可成功对刀豆球蛋白 A 在传感区表面的吸附过程,
进行实时在线检测。整个采集分析系统,不仅会提高可操作性和测量准确度,而且会增强数
据处理和数据分析能力,同时还会使整个光学 SPR 生物分析系统更加小型化和便携式。

Abstract: To satisfy the need of real-time on line detection and data analysis of fiber optic SPR
sensor, an acquisition and analysis software system is designed based on virtual instrumentation
technology. In the software, a Butterworth low-pass filter is used to eliminate high-frequency
disturbances; meanwhile, a While Loop is adopt to realize real-time on line detection of SPR
spectrum; and Spline Interlolant VI is called to display SPR wavelength changes in the entire
