摘要:涉密资产管理的目标是管理和控制涉密资产的安全部署、可移动资产合规位置与状态。
涉密资产管理本质上是一个态势感知过程,涉密资产管理系统的目标是提供态势感知的环
境。本文的核心内容是建立一个基于态势感知的通用涉密资产管理模型。本文从涉密资产安
全态势感知这一基础概念出发,分析了涉密资产管理的目标和实现涉密资产安全态势感知的
技术手段,引入了涉密资产安全态势图概念,提出了实现涉密资产安全态势感知的系统方法,
建立了基于涉密资产安全态势感知的管理系统模型,并利用 RFID 技术给出了一种验证方法。
本文安全态势感知这一概念的提出,引入了两个重要结果:其一是从本质上转变了管理的模
式,大大简化了管理的业务流程;其二是突破了传统系统建模的角度,形成了以安全态势感
知为中心的系统建模方式。

Abstract: Classified asset management goal is to manage and control the deployment of security
of classified assets, movable assets meet the required location and status. Classified asset
management is essentially a process of situational awareness, classified asset management system
goal is to provide situational awareness of the environment. The core of this paper is to establish a
Universal classified asset management model based on situational awareness. From the basic
concept of security situation awareness of classified assets, This paper analyzes the objectives of
the classified asset management and technical means to achieve security of classified assets
situational awareness, introduces the concept of classified assets security situation map, pointed
out the classified assets security situation awareness system, build the perception management
system model based on the security awareness of classified assets, and presents a validation
method by using RFID technology. This security situational awareness of the concept put forward,
