摘要:榕树为桑科榕属植物,有很高的的观赏和环保价值。采用扦插繁育榕树可缩短其育苗
时间,便于进行树种保存和实验室研究。为了进一步提高榕树扦插的成活率,本实验以细叶
榕(Ficus microcarpa)和高山榕(Ficus altissima)为对象,研究了不同树种、扦插介质及插
穗年龄对榕树扦插成活率的影响。实验结果表明:(1)细叶榕比高山榕的扦插成活率高,
两者扦插成活率的差异极显著;(2)以翠筠靓土与珍珠岩 1:1 混合土为介质进行扦插成活
率最高;(3)插穗的年龄对扦插成活率的影响差异不显著。要提高榕树扦插的成活率,应
在春季等温暖时节选择生根能力强的树种进行扦插,并在采剪时优先选取生长健壮、无病虫
害的一年生枝条,土壤的搭配以腐殖质土壤与砂石混合为佳。

Abstract: Fig (Ficus, Moraceae) has high ornamental and environmental value. Using cuttage to
artificially cultivate figs can shorten their breeding time so as to facilitate their preservation and
laboratory research. In order to further improve the survival rate of cuttage, Ficus microcarpa and
Ficus altissima were observed to investigate the influence of different genuses, soil and cuttings’
age on the survival rate. The main results are as follows: (1) The survival rate of Ficus microcarpa
was higher than that of Ficus altissima and the significant difference was on the level of P<;
(2) The survival rate was the highest when using the mixture of Cuiyun Soil and pearlite (1:1) to
cultivate
