摘要:应用计算流体动力学方法(CFD)对高炉煤气在燃烧炉内燃烧状况进行了数值模拟。
针对高炉煤气的特性,以四只双旋流燃烧器分布于炉膛侧壁形成内切圆的方式组织燃烧,采
用 Realizable k-ε湍流模型、混合分数-概率密度函数(Mixture-Fraction/PDF)进行计算,分析
了三种不同直径模型对炉膛内速度场和温度场分布的影响,结果表明在 3000kW 热负荷下直
径为 的炉膛内速度场和温度场充满度较好;模拟结果为四切圆的燃烧炉的设计提供了
理论参考。

Abstract: Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method was used to study bustion conditions
of blast furnace gas in bustion furnace..four pairs of double swirl burners located in the furnace
sidewall formed a tangential circle bustion. Realizable k-ε turbulence model,
Mixture-Fraction /PDF was take into account in the simulation,It was analyzed that the influence of
three different diameter models on the distribution of the velocity and temperature field in the furnace.
The results showed that while the heat load was 3000kW the model had the best fullness of velocity
and temperature fields as the diameter was study may provide a useful basis for
tangential circle furnace design.
