38 份梨品种基于 ISSR 的多样性的低温特性

摘要:基于 ISSR 标记技术对 38 份梨品种的遗传关系进行聚类分析,以得出梨的低温特性
与聚类结果之间的相互关系。实验从 96 条 ISSR 引物中筛选出 19 条特异性好的引物,共扩
增出 111 条带,其中特异性条带 86 条,占 %。遗传相似性系数在 ~ 之间,将供
试品种分为西洋梨和东方梨两个大品系。东方梨又分为豆梨,砂梨和以棕包梨为首的三个聚
类,在大部分砂梨的聚类分析中,其多样性与低温需冷量基本相关。从而为南亚热带地区梨
花芽休眠解除的低温特性研究提供一定参考。

Abstract: In order to find out the relationship between low-chilling character and clustering
result,clustering analysis of 38 species of pear based on ISSR was specific primers were
picked out among 96 ISSR primers,111 products amplified and %(86) of them are
ic similarity was between and ,the testing species were divided into
western pear and oriental pear include dou pear,sand pear,zhongbao pear and so on.
Diversity of sand pear and its low-chilling character is related to each other according to clustering
analysis. So as to provied reference to low-chilling hour research of flower bud releasing of south
subtropical pear speices.
