新疆塔塔尔族民歌传承对比研究--以大泉乡和塔城市为个案

塔塔尔族是新疆十三个世居民族中人口最少的民族。在漫长的历史发
展过程中,经过不断的迁徙和民族融合,成为一个兼有东西方文化特征的
跨界民族。被誉为民族音乐奇葩的塔塔尔族民歌,伴随着塔塔尔民族历经
沧桑,在不断的迁徙和融合过程中,形成了风格独特、体裁丰富,兼容并
蓄的民族特色,充满着浓郁的生活气息,是塔塔尔族音乐主要的艺术形式。
然而,在全球一体化、价值观念和生活方式等多样化的冲击下,作为
民族文化遗产重要组成部分的塔塔尔民歌传承和发展面临着严重的困境,
抢救、保护与传承势在必行。笔者通过对塔塔尔族民歌在两地传承行为的
实地考察和研究,将两地民族杂居地区民歌的传承系统清楚的描述出来。
从文化的角度对两个个案中所反映出来的音乐文化现象作比较分析,揭示
两个地区民歌传承现状的差异,力图发掘其音乐形态背后的内在成因,并
反思民间传承系统的优缺点及学校教育的诸多问题,探索出一条为民族文
化遗产的科学保护、可持续发展和永续利用的路子和方法,为少数民族的
音乐教育提供理论依据。
本文主要内容包括:
1、塔塔尔族民歌概述。描述塔塔尔族民歌的文化背景,阐述塔塔尔族
民歌的类别及风格特色。
2、大泉乡塔塔尔族民歌传承行为调查。描述大泉乡塔塔尔族的历史文
化概况,对其民歌进行传承现状的调查,并分析其民歌传承特点。
3、塔城市塔塔尔族民歌传承行为调查。描述塔城市塔塔尔族的历史文
化概况,阐述塔城市塔塔尔族民歌传承现状及特点。
4、文化背景下两地塔塔尔族民歌传承行为的对比研究。此部分从五个
方面对两地塔塔尔族民歌传承行为进行文化背景的比较研究,分析两地塔
塔尔族民歌传承现状的成因,总结目前塔塔尔族民歌传承存在的几大问题。
5、塔塔尔族民歌传承在当代生境的思考与建议。提出应建立完善的传
承体系和措施。

Abstract
Tatar people are the least national population in Xinjiang. In the long
course of historical development, through constant movement and national
integration, both East and West as a cultural identity of the cross-national. the
Tatar ethnic folk songs, panied by the Tatar people's life in constant
movement and integration process, is a unique style, rich style, inclusive of
national characteristics, full of rich flavor of life . The Tatar ethnic folk songs
are the major art form of Tatar folk music .
However, in global economic integration, values and way of life, such as
the impact of diversification, as an ponent of the national cultural
heritage of the Tatar ethnic folk heritage and development face serious
difficulties, the rescue, protection and heritage is imperative. By the author of
