摘要:目的:为了探讨不同锻炼方式对青少年心理应激的影响效应。方法:运用实验法、数
理统计法等进行研究。结果:(1)不同锻炼方式对青少年心理应激的影响效应不同,自主
合作组优于合作组,合作组优于独立组;(2)不同锻炼时间在不同锻炼方式下对青少年心
理应激主效应和交互效应显著,12 周锻炼优于 4 周和 8 周锻炼;(3)不同锻炼强度在不同
锻炼方式下对青少年心理应激的主效应和交互效应显著,中小强度锻炼优于大强度锻炼。

Abstract: Objective: In order to explore different ways of training young people the impact of
psychological stress :the use of experimental methods, mathematical statistics and
other research. Results: (1) different training methods on the impact of adolescent psychological
stress effects of different, independent cooperative group than the group co-operation, co-group
than the independent group; (2) different exercise time in different ways for young people under
psychological stress main effect and interaction effect significant, 12 weeks of exercise is better
than 4 weeks and 8 weeks of exercise; (3) different exercise intensit
