摘要:合成了对铜起缓蚀防腐作用的四种氨基酸自组装膜(精氨酸、甲硫氨酸、谷氨酸和苏
氨酸自组装膜),并且采用 DESI-MS 和另外两种 LTP-MS 的常压质谱方法对合成的四种氨
基酸自组装膜进行研究,成功检测出金属铜表面的四种自组装单分子膜,得到相应的分子离
子峰和特征碎片峰。常压质谱的自组装膜检测方法具有常压、快速、原位、微损分析等优势,
能直接获得表面分子的结构信息。

Rapid Analysis of Self-assembled Monolayers of Amino
Acids Using Ambient Mass Spectroscopy

Abstract:
The direct and rapid detection of self-assembled amino acid monolayers on copper
suface was carried out. Different kinds of self-assembled amino acid monolayers were prepared,
which were consequently subject to ambient mass sepctrometry detecion. The ambient mass

techniques of DESI-MS and other two LTP-MS were prepared in the detecion. As resulted, the
self-assembly monolayers of arginine, methionine, glutamic acid and threonine were well detected,
which showed the corresponding molecular ions and characteristic fragment peaks. As
demonstrated, the ambient mass spectrometry has obtained the molecular structure information of
self-assembled monolayers with a rapid, in-suit detection.
