城市人居环境与经济发展关系的实证研究

摘要:经济发展与环境保护一直是人们关注的焦点问题。为了客观地评价城市人居环境与经
济发展水平,本文首先构建了具有普遍意义的城市人居环境与经济发展评价指标体系。然后,
以北京市为例,采用 VAR 模型对其 1978-2011 年的人居环境与经济发展关系进行动态分析。
结果发现:1978-2011 年北京市人居环境与经济发展存在着相互协调、相互促进的关系。但
与经济发展不同,人居环境无论对其自身还是经济发展都有着更为深远的影响,而经济发展
的作用则更多地体现在即期效应上。最后,文章对上述结论的政策含义进行了讨论。

Abstract: Economic development and environmental protection have been a focus of attention. In
order to evaluate urban living environment and economic development objectively, this paper
firstly constructs two systems: the evaluation index system of urban living environment and the
evaluation index system of economic development with universal significance. Then, taking
Beijing for example, this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between Beijing’s living
environment and economic development from 1978 to 2011 by Var model. The results show that
there is a co-integration relationship in them. However, compared to economic development,
Beijing’s living environment has more far-reaching impact on not only economics but on itself.
