摘要:以 Bt 基因来源于美国和中国的常规棉花品种 DP410B 和泗抗 1 号、杂交种岱杂 1 号
和泗抗 3 号为材料,应用盆栽试验,探讨盛铃期低温(18℃)下,不同相对湿度胁迫对叶片
中 Bt 蛋白表达量的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,18℃下不同湿度 6h胁迫显著降低了 DP410B
和岱杂 1 号叶片 Bt 蛋白含量,但泗抗 1 号和泗抗 3 号不同处理间差异不显著。但胁迫 48h
导致 Bt 棉叶片中 Bt 蛋白含量下降 %-%。且 Bt 基因来源于美国的岱杂 1 号和 DP410B
抗虫性显著下降受低温及极端湿度逆境的影响更早,下降程度更大。其在胁迫 12 小时叶片
抗虫性已显著下降,而国产 Bt 基因的 2 个品种则在 24 小时以后才出现显著下降。

Abstract: The object of this study was to investigate the effect of stresses of 18℃ and different
relative humidity on the Bt protein content in the leaf at bolling stage for Bt cotton. The two
cultivars (DP410B and Daiza 1) from US and two cultivars (Sikang 1 and Sikang 3) from China
were used. The potted cotton plants were stressed at 18℃ and different relative humidity (50%,
70% and 90%) for 6 hours and 48 hours, respectively. The results showed that the short period (6
