摘要:脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)对神经元的正常生长
发育起调节作用,且促进损伤神经的再生并参与了大脑学忆过程。研究发现,BDNF 参
与调节神经可塑性和中枢敏化,并可能与神经病理性疼痛和炎性痛的发生发展相关。新近研
究更表明,BDNF 是一个重要的联系神经元和胶质细胞间信息“对话”的信号分子。该文将
就 BDNF 参与伤害性感受调制的作用及其生理和病理条件下的相关机制作一综述。

Overview of brain derived neurotrophic factor invovled in
the modulation of nociception under the physiology and
pathology conditions

Abstract: Brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) plays an important role in the growth and
development regulation of normal neurons, and promotes the regeneration of the injured nerve and
involves in the process of learning and memory in the brain. Previous studies showed that, BDNF
is involved in spinal plasticity and central sensitization, and it is essential for the induction and
maintenance of neuropathic pain and inflammatory pain. Moreover, BDNF is now regarded as a
key linker(”cross-talk”) molecule between glia and neurons. This article will summarize the role
of BDNF participating in the nociceptive modulation and its related mechanisms in physiological
and pathological conditions.
