甘蓝型油菜产量相关性状关联分析#

摘要:油菜是世界范围内广泛种植的油料作物,油菜产量性状越来越被人们重视和关注。关
联分析是一种高效,分辨率较高的研究作物重要农艺性状遗传基础的定位方法。通过构建一
个来自于世界主要油菜种植国家的 192 份甘蓝型油菜品种和自交系的自然群体,利用 451
个 SSR 和 740 个 AFLP 标记对株高、分枝高度、主花序长度、角果长、每角果粒数和千粒重
等 6 个产量相关性状进行了初步全基因组关联分析。在最优的 Q+K 模型下,共检测到 37 个
标记位点与 6 个产量相关性状三年的平均值显著关联(P < ),对表型解释的效应值
在 % - %之间,其中 2 个标记与主花序长度显著关联,14 个标记与株高显著关联。
共有 12 个关联标记与前人定位的 QTLs 共定位,有 6 个标记与两个以上性状共关联。条件关
联分析表明,5 个标记与相关性状的关联是由单个具有多效性的 QTL 引起的,另外一个标记
与相关性状的关联是由多个连锁但独立的 QTLs 引起的。这些结果显示出甘蓝型油菜复杂性
状微效优异等位基因的聚合可以改良油菜的重要性状,也为其在分子育种中的应用描绘了前
景。

Association mapping of yield-related traits in rapeseed

Abstract: Rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) is a widely cultivated oil crop in the world. Yield-related traits
in rapeseed are increasingly taken great importance. Association mapping (AM) with its high resolution
is a powerful approach in quantitative trait loci mapping. In the study, a panel of 192 inbred lines of
Brassica napus from all over the world was genotyped using 451 single-locus microsatellite markers
and 740 amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) markers. Genome-wide association studies
were conducted with six yield-related traits in our association mapping. Using the model controlling
both population structure and relative kinship (Q+K), a total of 37 significantly markers was detected
using the means of the six yield-related traits across three years (P < ), with two to fourteen
markers associated with individual traits. Among these, 12 markers were located within or close to
QTLs identified in previous studies, and six monly associated with correlated traits.
